The National Children's Voluntary Organization (NCVO) is dedicated to providing care, education, and well-being for children and families in need of support in the Cayman Islands. Founded in 1974 by Miss Olive Miller and Mr. Richard Arch, the NCVO currently operates a 24/7 residential foster care home for 10 children, as well as a nursery and preschool for 60 children aged between 3 months and 5 years.


As a private non-profit organization, the NCVO relies on funding from the government, corporate donors, the community, and volunteers to cover its annual operating expenses. The organization's primary mission is to create the best possible environment for the children in its care, and it is committed to raising funds to provide top-quality services and teaching staff for the children of the Cayman Islands.
