## Description

North Dakota Ninja Foundation is an organization dedicated to helping children build resilient, steadfast mindsets through physical fitness and the sport of ninja warrior. Its vision is to spread the sport by providing the region’s largest and most effective children’s training facility. Through its Ninja Warrior System, the foundation uses full-body exercise and specialized obstacles to support children’s physical development while teaching four core values: strength, courage, commitment, and confidence.

Training encourages participants to develop strength through movement and obstacle challenges, build courage by assessing and overcoming risks and fears, and practice commitment by setting goals and working to achieve them. The foundation also emphasizes learning from failure as a way to grow confidence. Its programs are designed to give children new opportunities to develop both physically and personally in an active training environment.

North Dakota Ninja Foundation invites community members to support its mission through donations, which help fund its goals and improve conditions.
