Northeast Family Services (NFS) is a trusted brand that offers a wide range of outpatient, home, and community-based services. At NFS, we prioritize providing excellent treatment coordination with our team of licensed mental health professionals and trained direct care staff. Our services include substance use services such as group counseling, where you can participate in therapy sessions focused on relapse prevention, anger management, mindfulness, and various other topics that meet the needs of the individuals we serve. We also offer intensive outpatient counseling (IOP), where group treatment is provided for half a day at least three times a week. Additionally, we provide services such as recovery coaching, medication-assisted treatment, family counseling, individual counseling, and structured outpatient addiction programs (SOAP). We also offer recovery support navigation and driver alcohol education and second offender aftercare programs. With locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, and Florida, and with plans to expand to Illinois, NFS is dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their journey to recovery.
