## Description

NEARA is a token-launch platform built on NEAR Protocol, designed for people who want to create a coin for a meme, community, or idea. The service lets users launch a fixed-supply token in about a minute. At launch, the full supply is placed in a Rhea pool, with liquidity locked in a contract that has no withdrawal path. NEARA says neither the creator nor the platform can remove that liquidity.

The platform offers creator rewards: creators receive 70% of pool fees in NEAR for as long as their token trades. If a creator abandons a project, the community can take it over, including its creator fees. Launching has no platform fee, though users pay network gas and the storage cost charged by NEAR.

NEARA also provides tools and resources to explore launches, review token activity, read documentation, and access referrals, swapping, bridging, and profile features. Transactions are signed through users’ own wallets and cannot be reversed. NEARA warns that any token launched through the service may lose all its value.
