## Description

NeBoj is a nutrition counselling practice in Brno, founded by clinical nutrition therapists Nela Matoulková and Barbora Jelisejev. The practice supports women seeking a healthier relationship with food and their bodies, with guidance for eating disorders, emotional eating, PCOS and other hormonal concerns, and sustainable weight management without extreme diets. Its approach connects nutrition, mental wellbeing, and women’s health, drawing on evidence-based information and clinical experience. Consultations are tailored to each client’s needs and are available in person at Poliklinika Bílý dům in Brno or online. Topics also include balanced eating and children’s nutrition. NeBoj aims to make food and healthy living a source of wellbeing rather than stress, offering a respectful and understanding setting for gradual, lasting change. The practice also shares educational conversations through the NeBoj podcast, available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, and provides workshops. Clients can arrange consultations through the practice’s booking form or contact the team by email.
