## Description

Nebular AI is a learning platform built by the Nebular team that creates a persistent learner model for use across AI agents. Learners can start with a textbook, lecture notes, job description, research paper, personal materials, or simply a goal. Nebular also offers tools for power users who want to define their own goals and trajectories, and can provide learning materials and pedagogy rules for agent-assisted work in a local development environment.
