Based in Providence, Rhode Island, NecronomiCon PVD serves as a networking center for scholars, authors, artists, and fans of the Weird genre. At NecronomiCon PVD, we strive to foster a vibrant and diverse global community of weird fiction and art enthusiasts. Our flagship event, the biennial NecronomiCon Providence, is a convention that delves deep into the works of Lovecraft and other Weird authors and artists. This one-of-a-kind convention features engaging talks, panel discussions, readings, workshops, art exhibits, film screenings, plays, and concerts. Throughout the year, we organize various events such as lectures, walking tours, and exhibits to showcase Providence, the hometown of Lovecraft, and its connection to the worldwide weird phenomenon.
