## Description

The Community Care & Wellbeing Program (CCW), operated by the Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT), offers vital support for individuals facing loss. Established in 2017 and nestled within the serene environment of Springvale Botanical Cemetery, CCW provides a range of services designed to help individuals navigate their grief journey.

CCW understands that grieving is a personal experience, which is why their approach includes various support options, from individual counseling to online wellness workshops. The program also hosts events aimed at fostering community connections and shared healing experiences.

In addition to these supportive services, SMCT manages numerous locations, including Bunurong Memorial Park and the Melbourne General Cemetery, offering serene spaces for reflection and remembrance. Their comprehensive offerings include burial options, cremation memorials, and floral arrangements, ensuring families can honor their loved ones in meaningful ways. Whether attending a memorial service or seeking grief resources, CCW is dedicated to nurturing well-being and resilience in the face of loss.
