## Description

Negroni Venture Studios is a venture studio that helps early-stage and scaling companies reach their next stage of growth. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs with successful exits, the studio combines investment, practical expertise, and hands-on support to help businesses reshape their industries and build lasting success. Its team has experience founding and scaling businesses, managing multi-million-pound fundraising, building technical teams, and establishing UK-based manufacturing. The studio works across emerging technologies and established industries, with particular interest in embedded hardware.

Negroni’s services include investment, strategic consultation, interim leadership, relationship management, business coaching and mentorship, and roadmap development. It supports companies raising funds, growing teams, strengthening founder relationships, or seeking experienced leadership. The studio’s founders bring complementary backgrounds: CEO Liz Upton founded Raspberry Pi, while CTO Alasdair Allan has worked across technology and scientific projects. Alongside its advisory and investment work, Negroni shares perspectives through its journal, covering topics related to technology and venture-backed businesses. Companies looking to scale can contact the studio to discuss their needs.
