Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation (NEICAC) is a private, non-profit community action agency that has been serving the residents of northeast Iowa since 1965. Our mission is to improve social and economic conditions for individuals and families with limited resources through dynamic partnerships, quality family services, advocacy, and education. At NEICAC, we believe in creating inclusive communities with equitable access to resources and opportunities, where all individuals and families can thrive.
