Neighborhood Leadership Institute (NLI) is a grassroots organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in Cleveland's diverse communities through leadership development and engagement. With a mission to build leaders from the ground up, NLI offers a range of programs and initiatives that foster community empowerment and positive social impact. NLI's programs include True2U Mentoring, which assists 8th graders in exploring their true selves and preparing for high school and career readiness, and Community Health programs that promote well-being within the community.

The organization also operates Schools as Neighborhood Resources, a long-standing initiative that opens school buildings for recreational and enrichment activities for all ages.
