## Description

NBRHD Boxing, also known as Neighbourhood Boxing, is a community-focused fitness space in Manly, located behind Manly Uniting Church. Dedicated to making boxing accessible to everyone, it offers specialty boxing classes and strength and conditioning sessions designed for people of different fitness levels. Its group workouts combine functional training with boxing, helping participants work toward becoming stronger, faster and fitter in an inclusive, welcoming environment.

The gym is an initiative of Manly Uniting Church, a not-for-profit religious organisation, and its work extends beyond exercise. Through its Neighbourhood Meals initiative, it distributes up to 100 meals each week to people in need. It also supports Our Neighbour’s orphanage in Zimbabwe. These community programs reflect NBRHD Boxing’s commitment to building meaningful connections and making a positive impact locally and beyond.

People can explore membership options, youth boxing, timetables and a two-week trial, and download the gym’s app. NBRHD Boxing invites members to benefit from its workouts while becoming part of a broader effort to create a stronger, more connected community.
