## Description

SaveFamily, operated by Grupo SaveFamily S.L., offers technology and support services designed to help older adults live more safely while keeping families connected. Its SaveFamily Care service combines a GPS-enabled watch, SIM connectivity and a family app for managing location, calls, alerts and device features. The watch includes an SOS button, fall detection, safe-zone alerts, health monitoring, medication reminders, and voice and video calling. Families can receive notifications and check location and health information through the app.

SaveFamily Care also includes setup assistance and dedicated customer support, practical brain-training guides, and accidental-damage cover with a replacement watch under the annual plan. Customers can choose an annual subscription or a monthly plan; the options differ in price, commitment and damage cover. The company also offers a 30-day money-back guarantee and describes its service as certified under Spain’s National Security Scheme. SaveFamily presents Care as a complete telecare solution intended to support independence, everyday well-being and peace of mind for older people and their relatives.
