## Description

Laura Nelkin Designs is a renowned brand founded by Laura Nelkin, a prolific and innovative knitwear designer and pattern maker. With a passion for knitting, Laura creates complex yet accessible designs that challenge knitters to think in new ways. Inspired by the scenic Fingerlakes Region of Upstate New York, she incorporates elements from her surroundings into her patterns. Laura's expertise is not limited to designing; she also travels around the country to teach classes and workshops, sharing her enthusiasm for knitting with others. Her extensive line of self-published patterns includes The N Club and Lola's Choice, along with knitting kits, knit-a-longs, and online classes through platforms like Craftsy and YouTube. To ensure every knitter's success, Laura provides comprehensive video tutorials. Beyond knitting, Laura enjoys working on her handmade wardrobe, gardening, cooking delicious meals, and exploring the outdoors.
