NEOJIBA is a brand that encompasses the Núcleos Estaduais de Orquestras Juvenis e Infantis da Bahia (State Nuclei of Youth and Children's Orchestras of Bahia) program. As a priority public policy of the Government of the State of Bahia, NEOJIBA is executed by the Secretariat of Justice and Human Rights through a management contract with the social organization IDSM (Institute of Social Development through Music). Since its establishment in 2007, NEOJIBA has been committed to providing access to artistic practice as a means of human development.

Their main goal is to promote the social integration and development of children, adolescents, and young people facing vulnerability through collective music education and practice. Currently, NEOJIBA serves 2,324 direct participants across 13 nuclei in Salvador, the metropolitan region, and the interior of Bahia. Additionally, they support around 4,500 indirect participants through collaborative musical initiatives.

NEOJIBA has formed a strong network of partners in the fields of Social Development, Education, and Culture, all working together to help children, adolescents, and young people in Bahia develop diverse skills and abilities.
