## Description

Nera is a technology brand serving chocolatiers and confectionery manufacturers with machines and production systems designed to expand product possibilities, improve precision, and increase capacity. Its range includes the compact NeraOne One-Shot depositor, which doses chocolate and filling together in a single step, and the flexible NeraFlex three-axis depositor, whose movable head supports filling, decoration, and free depositing. Nera also supplies complete production lines, combining depositors, vibration equipment, conveyors, and cooling systems for moulds, blisters, and trays in various sizes.

For manufacturers seeking to upgrade existing equipment, Nera’s Retrofit service adds a depositor to older moulding lines, enabling precise continuous dosing, decoration, or additional production capacity. Its compact, mobile Candy Lines unit is designed to produce fruit jellies, sugar candy, and pâte de fruit at high processing temperatures. The company also offers solutions for chocolate bars, bean-to-bar production, filled products, and depositing directly onto cooling belts for enrobing lines. Nera’s process can be managed through a supplied iPad running the Nera app, with adjustable production and vibration settings.
