## Description

Nesbyen Pistolklubb (NPK) is a sports shooting club in Hallingdal, Norway, established in 1984. A member of the Norwegian Shooting Federation, the club welcomes both beginners and experienced shooters and offers training, competitions, and safety courses. Its activities move with the seasons: indoor practice takes place at Nesbyen Town Hall during winter, while members shoot outdoors at Trytetjern Pistolbane in summer.

People interested in trying pistol shooting can contact the club to register as recruits, complete a safety course, and book training sessions. Courses are held in September and January, and the club accepts new shooters throughout the season. Training sessions are organized for recruits and members, with booking arrangements in place to support beginners and manage capacity. Members can also take part in events and competitions, including Norgesfelt matches.

NPK shares club news, event dates, training schedules, and booking information through its website. The club is based in Nesbyen and can also be supported through Norway’s Grasrotandelen scheme, at no extra cost to supporters.
