## Description

Nested Therapeutics is a biotechnology company focused on advancing precision oncology and expanding treatment possibilities for people with cancer. The company seeks overlooked cancer-driving mutations and molecular mechanisms that may offer new therapeutic targets. Its drug discovery platform combines genomics, computational biophysics, machine learning, and chemical biology to investigate how mutations affect protein structure and function, then design medicines to fit newly identified targets.

Nested’s pipeline includes two programs. Its lead candidate, NST-628, is a non-degrading, brain-penetrant pan-RAF/MEK molecular glue designed to target multiple components of the RAS/MAPK pathway. It is being evaluated in a global Phase 1 study for adults with advanced solid tumors driven by MAPK pathway alterations. The company is also developing a mutation-selective program targeting the p53 pathway, with a lead compound identified for a novel binding pocket.

Nested provides information about its clinical trial and eligibility through ClinicalTrials.gov and encourages patients to discuss participation with their treating physician.
