## Description

Nestled ’N’ Nursing is a lactation support practice serving breastfeeding families in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas. Founded by Lindsay Carpenter, a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), the practice draws on her nursing experience, personal breastfeeding journey, and training in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT). Services are available in the office, in clients’ homes, and virtually, by appointment.

Support includes prenatal visits, initial and follow-up lactation consultations, and guidance on feeding technique, milk transfer, pumping, nipple health, and care planning. The practice also offers bottle consultations, breast massage with hot stones, pump flange fittings, and lab-result analysis. CFT bodywork is available as a standalone service or as an add-on to a follow-up consultation. In-home appointments may incur travel fees, and some services are not covered by insurance; HSA and FSA payments are accepted. Nestled ’N’ Nursing also provides follow-up contact after selected appointments and welcomes referrals, helping parents navigate breastfeeding and related feeding concerns with individualized support.
