Its network brings together universities, researchers, industry experts, practitioners, students, and others working to advance climate-neutral, net-zero buildings and the wider built environment. Organizing partners are based in Norway, Germany, India, South Africa, and the United States. The project’s activities include an annual international conference and Net-Zero Future Schools organized by five universities worldwide. Conferences provide opportunities to exchange knowledge and share research, innovation, best practices, and regional perspectives through keynote lectures, technical sessions, and social programs. Events have been held in Oslo, Norway, in 2024 and Cape Town, South Africa, in 2025. The 2026 conference is scheduled for September 30 to October 2 in Darmstadt, Germany. The annual schools offer students and early-career researchers an immersive learning experience in net-zero construction. Their programs include lectures, keynote talks, hands-on workshops, and social activities, helping participants build knowledge and connections while preparing to contribute to a sustainable, net-zero future. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/l.php) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/net_zero_future_2024) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/net-zero-future-conference) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id293cEYSu/w/1485/h/933/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792145083480) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id293cEYSu/w/400/h/400/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792145083589) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Mantis | #83c373 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | Goldenrod | #ffcb70 | light | ## Fonts - Nunito Sans — asset _(google)_ - serif — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
