## Description

NeuroEM Therapeutics is a Tampa-based medical device company that is dedicated to developing and marketing Transcranial Electromagnetic Treatment (TEMT) in the Radio Frequency spectrum, also known as TRFT. Their goal is to effectively prevent and treat Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases, while also extending healthy longevity. Their innovative TEMT technology has shown remarkable promise in combating Alzheimer's in preclinical and clinical studies. The MemorEM device, a first-in-class device designed to fight Alzheimer's, is comfortably worn on the head and administers TEMT/TRFT during in-home treatment. It emits electromagnetic waves that break down toxic protein 'oligomers' within the neurons, which are believed to be the root cause of Alzheimer's disease. Additionally, TEMT rebalances the immune system and increases the energy production of brain cells, addressing other diseases of aging and potentially increasing healthy longevity. NeuroEM's MemorEM device will be available through neurologists and other health professionals once FDA approval is received. With a strong leadership team and collaborative partnerships, NeuroEM is at the forefront of advancing Alzheimer's treatments.
