## Description

New Directions Mental Health provides accessible, individualized mental health care to people across southwestern Pennsylvania. With a network of clinics in communities including Pittsburgh, Wexford, Greensburg, and Washington, the organization supports clients starting treatment for the first time as well as those returning to care. Its services include individual, couples, and group therapy; psychiatric care and medication management; and telehealth appointments. For eligible needs, clients can also access TMS therapy, a non-medication option for depression and OCD, and Spravato, an FDA-approved treatment for adults with difficult-to-treat depression.

Care is tailored to different ages, identities, and experiences, with dedicated support for children and adolescents, men, women, and LGBTQIA+ clients. New Directions treats concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and sleep disturbances. The organization also works with healthcare professionals through patient referrals and offers resources for current clients, including appointment access, secure messaging, telehealth, billing, and medication refill requests. New Directions accepts most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare.
