Welcome to the Nevada County Association of REALTORS®. As a private not-for-profit trade organization, we are dedicated to providing programs and services that elevate and promote the knowledge and expertise of REALTORS® in Nevada County. Our members, directors, and officers adhere to a strict Code of Ethics, distinguishing them as true professionals in the real estate industry. With a membership of over 700 REALTOR® and AFFILIATE members, we offer a higher standard of service and the most current information on our local, state, and national economy. Our organization is committed to professional development, offering opportunities for growth and learning. We also provide legislative advocacy at the local, state, and national levels. Our rich history dates back to 1935 when a group of local real estate agents established the association to provide a collective resource for industry professionals. Since then, we have grown from a small group to a thriving organization with a state-of-the-art facility and a wide range of real estate resources. At the Nevada County Association of REALTORS®, we strive to be the voice and resource for the local real estate community.
