## Description

New Annual is an exciting ten-day festival celebrating art, culture, and creativity in Muloobinba Newcastle, running from September 27 to October 6, 2024. This vibrant event showcases a diverse lineup of activities, including performances, workshops, and community engagements that honor the traditional custodians of the land, the Awabakal and Worimi peoples.

Attendees can enjoy a variety of offerings, including live music from renowned artists like Gomeroi hip-hop star Kobie Dee, and the emotive indie trio Middle Kids. Unique art installations like the Ngumpi Kinyingarra Oyster House, orchestrated by Quandamooka artist Megan Cope, invite families to participate in workshops celebrating local culture and environmental stewardship.

With events designed to be accessible and family-friendly, New Annual aims to foster community spirit through artistic expression.
