## Description

New Block is an independent, creatively led, minority-owned digital agency based in Los Angeles. It brings marketing, design, and engineering together in one team, helping government agencies, energy and utility organizations, educational institutions, enterprises, startups, small businesses, and nonprofits move from early ideas to launch.

The agency offers paid media and advertising across search, social, display, and video, with tracking and performance reporting. Its web and application development services include websites, portals, mobile apps, and learning platforms designed to scale. New Block also provides brand strategy, visual identities, design systems, and creative services, alongside social media strategy, content production, publishing, community management, and reporting.

For organizations seeking technical support, the agency builds custom AI assistants, automates workflows, and integrates tools with human review and audit trails. Its quality assurance services cover functional, cross-device, performance, and accessibility testing. New Block also conducts WCAG accessibility audits and remediation, supports accessible documents, and provides compliance documentation related to ADA Title II, Section 508, and California law.
