## Description

Newborn Nirvana is a maternal and infant support practice serving new families in Oakland and the East Bay. Founded and led by Stephanie, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, certified postpartum doula, and postpartum coach, the practice brings multiple kinds of care together through one consistent guide. Stephanie draws on 20 years of experience caring for mothers and babies to offer practical, compassionate support tailored to each family’s needs.

Services include lactation and feeding support, in-home postpartum doula care, and coaching for the emotional challenges of the postpartum period. Support is designed to extend beyond the first weeks, helping parents navigate feeding, recovery, newborn care, and the adjustments of family life. In-home visits are available in Oakland and the East Bay; postpartum coaching is offered virtually, and lactation care may be covered by insurance. Families can book a free discovery call to discuss what is happening and find an appropriate service.
