## Description

Newco Sports and Talent Group is developing a new generation of sports tools designed to help coaches, families, team leaders and players get more from practice. Its initial focus is golf, with a product family intended to connect coaching expertise with the everyday work of improving.

CoachLoop is being developed for coaches and golf academies, with the aim of helping coaches strengthen their businesses. Coach with Kostis is designed for parents and team coaches who want to support players without needing to be golf experts. Golf with Kostis is aimed at everyday golfers seeking guidance to improve their next round.

The company’s broader purpose is to help lessons carry into regular practice, enabling coaches to share their expertise and more people to apply it. All three products are in development. Newco lists planned launches of October 2026 for CoachLoop, January 2027 for Coach with Kostis, and March 2027 for Golf with Kostis, while noting that dates may change.
