## Description

New England Justice for Our Neighbors (NEJFON) is a nonprofit immigration legal services organization serving Massachusetts immigrants, and an affiliate of the Immigration Law & Justice Network. Part of a national network of Justice for Our Neighbors sites, NEJFON combines legal assistance with advocacy and community education in a welcoming, faith-rooted ministry of hospitality. It serves asylum seekers, unaccompanied minors, and people affected by violence, including human trafficking, gang violence, and domestic violence.

NEJFON offers two programs. Advice & Advocacy provides free legal consultations through remote and in-person, appointment-only clinics serving most of Massachusetts. Attorneys explain clients’ options and help them avoid predatory legal services. Pathway to Hope provides full legal representation to eligible unaccompanied minors in six counties across Eastern Massachusetts, with attorneys meeting clients individually. NEJFON also participates as a legal service provider in the Massachusetts Access to Counsel Initiative. The organization welcomes immigrants regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, ideology, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
