## Description

The Stichting Nederlandse Newfoundlander Database, known as NewfyBase, is a Dutch foundation dedicated to collecting and sharing information about Newfoundlanders. Its searchable database contains records for more than 150,000 dogs and includes pedigrees, show results, judging reports, breeders, stud dogs, litters, kennels, and available medical information. Visitors can also create a fictional pedigree by combining two Newfoundlanders and explore multiple generations of ancestry.

NewfyBase invites owners to submit photographs and known details about their dogs so the foundation can add them to the database. Registered users can access information about their own Newfoundlanders through a free account. Friends of NewfyBase receive broader access to recorded information and can manage up to six photographs for their own dogs. The foundation also welcomes voluntary donations and aims to keep its website free of advertising. NewfyBase provides registration information, frequently asked questions, and contact details to support users and encourage accurate, useful records for the Newfoundlander community.
