Paula Gorman, a Doctor of Educational Psychology, the school follows an educational philosophy that believes all students can learn and want to learn. They employ research-based curriculum and individualized instruction to meet each student at their current level and accelerate their progress. As a result, students often achieve several years' worth of academic gains in a single year.

New Generation serves students from kindergarten to 12th grade, including students with exceptional educational needs. In addition, they have recently expanded their services to the NeuroDiverse/Autistic population, providing specialized classrooms with smaller class sizes and sensory rooms to reduce environmental stressors.
