## Description

Newport Covenant Church is a vibrant community dedicated to following Jesus together. With a collaborative leadership approach, the church empowers its members to utilize their gifts to advance the Kingdom of God. As an affiliate of the Evangelical Covenant Church, Newport Covenant Church stands in solidarity with 800 other churches in the United States and Canada, rooted in a tradition that dates back to 19th-century Sweden. The church emphasizes the centrality of the Word of God, the necessity of spiritual rebirth, and a commitment to fellowship, mission, and dependence on the Holy Spirit. At Newport, believers are encouraged to experience the freedom found in Christ. In addition to its spiritual programs, Newport Covenant Church offers Newport Covenant Christian Preschool, a nurturing early childhood education initiative that provides a Christian foundation. The preschool caters to children from pre-3’s to pre-Kindergarten with half-day programs and extended care options. Services are held every Sunday at 10 AM, inviting everyone to join in worship and fellowship.
