## Description

Sarbacane is a brand of Positive Group France, a software publisher based near Lille that specializes in email marketing for small and medium-sized businesses. Its services include professional email routing, helping clients deliver information and marketing campaigns by email. Sarbacane’s approach places emphasis on responsible communication and compliance with applicable rules. Before campaigns are sent, they are systematically reviewed for issues such as missing consent or an absent unsubscribe link. When a campaign raises concerns, Positive Group France may refuse to send it, and its moderation team can provide recommendations to help the sender address irregularities. The company also invites recipients to report suspected spam or other breaches of its service policy, including concerns about message content, data collection, or the unsubscribe process. A dedicated team handles complaints and reviews reported messages. Positive Group France is a member of the Data & Marketing Association France and adheres to its code of ethics for electronic direct communication.
