## Description

Nexqt is a brand that has developed the first city decarbonization platform, providing real-time and located insights to urban stakeholders. They are the co-founder of the City Climate Intelligence initiative, along with RMI, Carbon Monitor, and Hestia. Nexqt's platform offers concrete information and data streams relevant to carbon emissions, helping cities make informed day-to-day decisions. Their carbon-oriented city digital-twin goes beyond just providing accurate data, offering information and decision support for effective decarbonization strategies. Nexqt's platform utilizes open data, geolocation, GPS data, and satellites to create new sources of real-time information on energy consumption, geospatial information, and traffic patterns. Their aim is to unleash the power of city data and accelerate the decarbonization process. The brand is led by experienced professionals, including CEO Fouzi Benkhelifa, who has extensive experience in data-driven low carbon transition strategies, and Lead Data Scientist Nicolas Megel, who specializes in AI and technology. Nexqt's goal is to make climate intelligence available to all cities, empowering them to achieve their carbon neutrality goals.
