## Description

NextGen Cyber Talent is a nonprofit organization working to increase diversity and inclusion in the cybersecurity industry while helping address the sector’s skills shortage. It brings together cybersecurity experts, solution providers, enterprises, and educational institutions to create opportunities for underserved and underrepresented communities. Its mission is to educate cohorts of students about cyber technologies and prepare them to pursue cybersecurity careers through professional development.

The organization offers training built around industry-relevant curricula, hands-on learning, and systematic lab sessions in a cloud-based environment. Its programs draw on in-house cybersecurity expertise and include special return-to-work opportunities for women. NextGen Cyber Talent also supports innovation through a studio for developing startup ideas and product prototypes, and connects participants with internship and full-time employment opportunities.

Companies and institutions can partner with the organization through sponsorships, technology support, enterprise collaboration, and university programs. These partnerships can contribute to student training, certification, internships, and placement opportunities while helping advance more inclusive workplaces.
