## Description

NextGen Wellness is a pilot-stage company developing the Wellness Intelligence System (WIS), a patent-pending framework for organizing resident-authorized wellness information. Designed primarily for senior living and healthcare organizations, WIS brings agreed data sources and resident check-ins into a governed view of cohort wellness. Its model maps available signals across 275 drivers and eight weighted dimensions, while keeping authorization, source coverage, reporting periods, and data limitations visible.

The platform is intended to help leadership teams assess what wellness information supports and decide what to continue, change, or investigate. Its standard Resident Wellness Intelligence Pilot runs for 90 days and includes an objective Day-30 Acceptance Package to evaluate delivery, governance, and the usefulness of a baseline before considering a longer-term role. The product also offers views for community baseline coverage, individual signal timelines, and scheduled wellness reviews.

WIS provides wellness information and decision support, not diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring. Pilot scope, data sources, integrations, and sharing rules are defined in a signed statement of work; outcomes are not guaranteed.
