## Description

Next Level Basketball Training (NLBT) Academy is a basketball development organization based in Winona, Minnesota, serving athletes in grades 3–12. Led by Coach Jonte Flowers, a former professional player, high school head coach, and college assistant coach, the academy aims to help young players improve their skills, understand the game, and grow in confidence. Its coaching approach combines purposeful instruction, accountability, encouragement, and age-appropriate development, with an emphasis on building habits and character as well as basketball ability.

NLBT offers multi-week development programs, seasonal camps and clinics, and flexible year-round training. Athletes can choose one-on-one instruction, focused shooting development, or private group training for groups of four to six. Training covers basketball fundamentals, game IQ, decision-making, leadership, and competitive play. The academy also operates the Winona Girls Basketball Club, offering competitive winter basketball for girls in grades 3–6 in the Winona area, with player interest open for the 2026–2027 season.
