## Description

Nextt is an Australian registered NDIS provider offering disability and mental health support to help people pursue their goals and access the services they need. With around 20 years of experience and more than 1,300 professionals, the organisation supports people across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland.

Its services include everyday living assistance, skill-building and community participation, as well as Supported Independent Living (SIL) and hospital-to-home transitions. Nextt helps clients explore suitable homes, choose compatible housemates and connect with the support they need. It also provides access to Specialist Disability Accommodation through a network of partners.

Nextt’s approach begins with personalised planning to understand each person’s needs and goals. The team then matches clients with vetted support workers and maintains regular communication, adjusting services as circumstances change. Nextt also assists people navigating the NDIS and offers information for existing clients, families and referrers through resources, FAQs and articles.
