## Description

National Fire Adjustment Co., Inc. (NFA) is a public adjusting and loss consulting firm that represents policyholders in insurance claims. Founded in 1922, the company says it has served clients for more than a century and is now in its fourth generation. Its mission is to advocate for insured individuals and organizations through knowledgeable, professional claim support.

NFA works with commercial and industrial clients, government and institutional organizations, and residential and condominium property owners. Its services include claim representation and assistance with property losses, business interruption claims, and recovery after events such as fires, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, explosions, pipe bursts, vandalism, and theft. The firm also provides resources to help clients understand the claims process, prepare for disasters, and evaluate when to hire a public adjuster.

NFA serves clients through offices in several locations, including New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maine, and Florida, and states that it works both locally and nationally. Its approach centers on protecting policyholders’ interests and pursuing fair, equitable settlements.
