## Description

Nykøbing F. Roklub (NFR) is a rowing club based at Sophieholmen 17 in Nykøbing Falster. It welcomes people interested in taking part in club activities and offers several forms of rowing, with information for beginners who want to learn to row. The club also provides guidance on rowing rules, safety, winter rowing applications, and swimming tests.

Beyond traditional rowing, NFR has activities for kayak enthusiasts, including touring and sea kayaking, beginner kayak instruction, and kayak polo. Members can find kayak safety regulations and apply to store a private kayak. The club also lists youth training, exercise, swimming, and indoor rowing among its activities.

NFR supports its community with membership information, including how to join, pay dues, or leave the club, as well as an activity calendar, notices, and guest rowing information. Visitors can learn about the club’s history, current activities, bylaws, and regulations, and access board and general meeting minutes. Nykøbing F. Roklub is connected with Rokreds Sydhavsøerne and shares links to Danish rowing and canoeing organisations.
