## Description

NGEx Minerals Ltd. is a Vancouver-based mineral exploration company focused on discovering and defining new, potentially world-class mineral resources. Its work centers on copper and gold projects in Argentina and Chile, within the emerging Vicuña District, a region that also includes the Caserones mine and the Josemaria and Filo del Sol deposits.

The company is advancing the newly discovered Lunahuasi deposit in San Juan Province, Argentina, and holds a majority interest in Los Helados, a large-scale copper-gold development project in Chile’s Region III. It also lists Valle Ancho among its projects. Through exploration and project development, NGEx aims to assess the scale and potential of these mineral assets and contribute to the district’s mining opportunity.

NGEx provides investors with corporate and project information, including news, financial reports, presentations, stock details and sustainability materials. It shares updates on exploration, metallurgical results, governance and shareholder matters, and offers email subscriptions and investor communications. Its activities focus on mineral discovery and resource definition rather than producing consumer goods or operating a retail service.
