## Description

Northland Health Care Access (NHCA) connects people in the Kansas City Northland with health care and support services. Through community collaboration and advocacy, the organization helps residents who lack adequate access find primary care, specialty providers, behavioral health care, and care coordination. Its work responds to local needs, including residents experiencing poverty or inadequate health insurance.

NHCA offers several programs tailored to different circumstances.
