Northwest Hydraulic Consultants (NHC) is an independent consulting company of professional engineers, geoscientists, and technical specialists focused on water resources and the interactions between water and the environment. For nearly 50 years, the company has worked with clients to develop practical, effective solutions in freshwater and coastal settings.
