Trusted by Hollywood, Silicon Valley, and over 50 professional sports teams, NIBLL offers corporate catering that combines the latest discoveries in nutritional science with a passion for flavor and variety. Their menus consist of thousands of modern plant-forward recipes, focusing on leaner proteins, superfoods, and healthy fats while avoiding over-processed ingredients. NIBLL is committed to sustaining energy, sharpening mental focus, and satisfying even the most demanding guests. Led by nationally recognized and award-winning chef Kristen Thibeault, NIBLL is a leading pioneer in plant-forward food. Since 2015, they have served over four million meals, prioritizing happiness, health, and social purpose. In addition to corporate catering, NIBLL also provides progressive food services to support Hollywood's finest productions. Whether on location, at the production lot, or in a hotel, NIBLL ensures that nutritious meals are always delivered. With customizable buffet and pre-packaged meal options, NIBLL can accommodate any dining experience, with no minimum headcount for meal drop-offs and a minimum headcount of 50 for on-site buffet service. All food and headcount requests are handled by dedicated account managers. NIBLL also goes the extra mile by working with donation partners to ensure that no meal or dish goes to waste.
