## Description

Niblo is a mobile money rewards programme and merchant application that helps customers, local businesses, distributors, and brands get more from everyday shopping. Customers continue paying through the mobile money provider they already use; Niblo does not process payments or hold funds. After a payment is confirmed, customers earn points in the Niblo app, which they can spend like cash at participating shops and cafés. Nearby offers can also reward customers when they pay.

For shops, cafés, and restaurants, Niblo provides a free app with tools for tracking sales, customer credit, and stock. Merchants earn points on mobile money sales and can use them to reduce the cost of restocking. Its Smart Order feature flags products running low, supports reordering from participating distributors’ catalogues, and allows shops to pay part of an order with points and the rest by mobile money.

Niblo also offers distributors tools for shop orders and sales records, while brands can run in-store offers and pay for results.
