## Description

NIEMI is a dessert and baking website created by Laura Niemi, a professional pastry chef, food photographer, and recipe developer. Guided by the idea that “flavor becomes art,” the brand shares recipes and culinary inspiration for home bakers and anyone who enjoys thoughtfully crafted food. Its collection spans cakes, pastries, drinks, cookies, ice cream, breakfast dishes, confections, and baking basics, with recipes accompanied by descriptions that highlight their flavors and textures.

Featured creations include apple crumble cake, maple pecan streusel cake, rhubarb vanilla choux pastries, and blackberry vanilla Swiss roll. NIEMI also offers drink ideas such as vanilla hot chocolate, tiramisu latte, and iced coffee, alongside treats like browned butter chocolate chip cookies and vanilla ice cream. Breakfast options include chia granola and pistachio overnight oats, while the basics section features recipes such as salted vanilla caramel sauce. Through its blog and recipe categories, NIEMI brings together sweet inspiration, practical baking content, and distinctive flavor combinations, with a particular fondness for vanilla, fruit, and pastry.
