# Nierenstiftung - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `nierenstiftung.ch` ## Description The Swiss Kidney Foundation is a charitable organisation dedicated to informing and educating the public about the kidneys, their functions, and kidney health. It raises awareness of kidney disease and supports research into the kidneys and kidney-related conditions. Its website offers practical information for people seeking to protect their kidney function, understand kidney disease, or learn about living with kidney failure and dialysis. The foundation also provides guides and brochures on topics such as kidney replacement treatments, nutrition during haemodialysis, and kidney health for children. Its children’s resources explain why kidneys matter and address questions that may affect children and their families. Through its projects, the foundation supports scientific research as well as initiatives it describes as “heart projects,” and it invites proposals for potential projects. Visitors can also find news, interviews, educational articles, and materials for download, including contributions from ambassador Milena Moser. The foundation encourages public support through donations, legacy gifts, and membership as a friend of the organisation, and collaborates with the Swiss Association of Kidney Patients. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Health Conditions and Concerns _(under Health)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/nierenstiftung) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idgKeAsgKx/w/405/h/100/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792856341571) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idgKeAsgKx/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792856341798) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Chilean Fire | #ee7203 | accent | | Shark | #23282d | dark | | Porsche | #edb059 | light | ## Fonts - Montserrat — asset _(google)_ - ETmodules — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
