## Description

NightDragon is a venture capital firm investing in cybersecurity, defense, artificial intelligence, and related technologies. Its mission is to support companies developing solutions to threats and risks across digital, geopolitical, and global frontiers, helping secure the world for tomorrow. The firm seeks category-defining, mission-driven businesses addressing real-world challenges, with interests that also include quantum computing, autonomous systems, and dual-use technologies.

Beyond providing capital, NightDragon offers hands-on support through NightScale, its value creation platform. The platform helps portfolio companies advance growth in areas such as talent, go-to-market strategy, marketing, and government services. Portfolio businesses can also draw on a network of more than 100 advisors and over 100 industry partners, including experienced leaders from government and Fortune 100 companies. NightDragon says its team brings decades of strategic operating and investment experience to help companies scale.

Its portfolio includes companies such as Classiq, a quantum software platform provider; Dataminr, which delivers alerts about significant events; and Epirus, which develops directed-energy systems and power management solutions.
