## Description

The Niigata Prefecture Basketball Association (新潟県バスケットボール協会) is dedicated to promoting basketball in the region through various tournaments and events. Established in 1932, the association organizes competitions for different age groups, including U12, U15, U18, as well as open categories for university students and adults, and facilitates 3x3 tournaments.
