## Description

NI-KSHAY is a web-enabled patient management system designed for TB control under the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme (NTEP). Developed and maintained by the Central TB Division (CTD), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, in collaboration with the National Informatics Centre (NIC) and the World Health Organization Country office for India, Ni-kshay is utilized by health functionaries in both the public and private sectors. It enables the registration of TB cases, ordering of tests, recording of treatment details, monitoring of treatment adherence, and facilitates the transfer of cases between care providers. Additionally, it serves as the National TB Surveillance System, allowing for the reporting of various surveillance data to the Government of India. For support with the use of Ni-kshay, training materials are available, and inquiries can be directed to the National Help Desk at 1800-11-6666 or the NI-KSHAY Helpdesk via email.
