## Description

Ninjosanto is a nature and guiding service founded in 2016 with the aim of helping people reconnect with the natural world. Based in Tampere, Finland, it offers guided outings, courses and talks for groups and individuals, in both urban settings and nature. Its urban experiences include murder-themed walking tours, outdoor escape games, mystery activities and tours focused on the Finnish Civil War. Nature services include guided walks, courses and coaching, alongside mushroom and wild-herb activities. These range from mushroom walks, courses and lectures to wild-herb courses and talks.

Ninjosanto was created by Tuomas Lilleberg, an environmental professional with a background in environmental biology and experience as a biology and geography teacher. In 2026, Lilleberg is taking a break from operations while studying and moving away from Tampere. Customers can still book services delivered by Ninjosanto’s guide network, coordinated by Meri Pikkarainen. The website also offers tour booking and a newsletter for updates on events and offers.
